I am looking for funding of 150,000 euros to acquire land in the suburbs of Dakar for residential use.
the land will be serviced summarily and offered for sale.
the price of land in this area is about 3000 euros the plot of 150 m2
the expected profit is 100%
the purchaser will have to pay 50% at the signature of the contract and the remainder over 12 months
the payment of 50% will cover the investments and the remainder will be the profits to be cashed over 12 months
